• We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 99 is applicable.

• We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 5-7 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.


• For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 15-17 days. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

However, if you’ve made an error in purchasing, bring it to our notice the same working day so that we don’t ship the product. Products once shipped shall not be eligible for returns/refunds if they don’t meet our fair judgment criteria.

Choose as carefully as you can before you hit that Buy button. Your simple hit on that button starts a long logistics process chain at our end. Be kind to the environment and also to our people who bring such wonderful products to you.

We do not accept returns/exchanges once the product is shipped. We will not be in a position to exchange or refund Used, Activated, or Customer damaged goods. Exchange of the product is permitted only if it’s received as damaged.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card which can be used within 6 months on our website.

The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it’s within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers, and shipping charges would apply.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
